Topics discussed were issues and concerns in extrajudicial foreclosure proceedings under Act No. 3135; and issues and concerns under Rule 141 which covered problems in the disbursement of the Sheriff Trust Fund, issues on the withdrawal/cancellation of complaints, problems regarding the new rules on pauper litigants represented by the Public Attorney’s Office, and requirements in the withdrawal of cash bonds and rental deposits.
