The Board is composed of the Chief Justice as Chairperson; the Senior Associate Justice as Vice Chairperson; the PHILJA Chancellor; the Presiding Justices of the Court of Appeals, the Sandiganbayan, and the Court of Tax Appeals; the Court Administrator; the presidents of the Philippine Judges Association and the Philippine Association of Law Schools; and a judge appointed by the Board to represent the First level Courts.
